1. Applications & Conditions:
(1). Application: DC reactor also named smoothing reactor, used on the direct
current side of Frequency inverter (terminal P1,P+). Mainly used to limit the AC
percentage to keep a defined value, keep a continuous system current; reduce
impulse current value, reduce harmonic wave of input current and improve input
power factor.
(2) Place Conditions: Altitude≤2000m, Ambient Temp. between -25ºC and +45ºC,
Average temp. not exceed 35ºC in 24H, Relative humidity less than 90%. If installed
in a cabinet, should have ventilator.
2. Performance
(1) Standard: as per JEC-2210 etc. (Customized)
(2) Available for 220V~440V system
(3) Phase: 1P
(4) Insulation: F-Class or H-Class
(5) Dielectric withstanding voltage: Below 0.22KV (inclusive), AC 2kV /min.,
0.23KV-0.6KV, AC 4kV/min.
(6) Coil temp. rise: for F-Class, the coil temp. rise not exceed 100K, for H-Class,
less than 120K (resistance method)
